A mystic in the world, with Love at the center of my life.
It took me years to understand that perfection doesn’t save anyone. For a long time I was “the good girl”: polite, flawless, top of the class.
I grew up surrounded by beauty, culture, elegance; I studied in the best schools, traveled, received so much love and abundance. I collected degrees with top marks and worked hard to always live up to other people’s expectations.
The cost? I was losing myself. I was programmed to please, not to bloom.

Then life shook everything. The sudden death of my little niece made my world collapse. From the rubble, a clear voice surfaced: “You were not born to please.
You were born to bloom and become who you truly are.” I began to search where I had never dared: in the body, in the breath, in desire, in sexuality, in spirituality, and around the world.
I trained in yoga, shamanism, Tantra, sacred sexuality, meditation, singing, breathing techniques, ecstatic dance, sacred theatre. Alongside the Spirituality of the Goddess, feminine empowerment, and archetypal work, I studied feminism and matriarchal cultures.
I left my comfort zone and chose deliberate discomfort: a nomadic life, a light backpack, long seasons of research. I traveled to many sacred places, and in each one I gathered an important piece of awareness, including: Cyprus, Glastonbury, India, Thailand, Mexico. I studied with extraordinary teachers and mentors.
Every journey was another descent and rebirth: a part of me coming home.

Choosing yourself has a cost: solitude, the pain of rejection and not being recognized by those who don’t understand, the fear of ending up without a support network.
But that voice wouldn’t go silent. It led me back to myself first, and then to love, bringing me to meet the man of my life. With him I’ve built a healthy relationship, still full of passion today, after many years together.
We are King and Queen who support each other, love each other, grow together.
We are happy parents and partners in a shared mission: helping other people live relationships of stellar love and pleasure, living sexuality as a portal to personal and spiritual evolution.

From there, my work took shape. I have been invited and my work has been cited by La Sapienza University of Rome, University of Turin, John Cabot, Oxford University.
I teach internationally, online and in person. I have guided hundreds of people of every age and personal story to awaken pleasure, heal their relationship with the body, fall in love with themselves and with life, create healthy relationships, and live the sacred and magical life they had always dreamed of and deserved.
Many have carried this transformation into their profession: new successful businesses, careers realigned with their Soul, freer and kinder leadership.
I have written books, including Aphrodite Unveiled. Introduction to the Mysteries of the Great Goddess and Sex and Aphrodite. Transform Your Life with Sacred Sexuality and Pleasure; I have other texts coming out in English. Today I call my path the Aphroditic Way: because the Archetype of this powerful Goddess is what inspires me every day to embody an orgasmic life.
In my teachings I unite science and psyche, Tantra and the Philosophy of Aphrodite, daily practice and embodied poetry. It means decolonizing pleasure and desires, stopping living in other people’s script, manifesting your potential in concrete, sensual reality.
I hold workshops and conferences in various parts of Italy and the world on Feminist Philosophy and Spirituality and the need to recover a matriarchal structure in our society.

If you’re wondering “where do I begin?”, we begin with your sex, a portal of life and pleasure.
Today I guide people who choose to live in stellar Pleasure, through 1:1 sessions, my Sex Coach Training and the Menstrual Training. I work in Italian and English, in a feminist, inclusive context, where you can feel safe exploring ecstasy.
My mission is to guide women to become masters of their sexual energy, to transform their entire life: relationships, wellbeing, leadership, prosperity. From breaking the archetype of the “good girl” and the “little princess”, to the progressive embodiment of the Lover, the Priestess, the Queen — in one word: Aphrodite.
I place everything I’ve learned in service of Love, of human beings, and of the Life I love.

Fun facts about me
I live between Rome (base), Bali, and Japan, where I continue my spiritual and tantric research and psychosomatic healing.
With my husband I created in Rome the Temple of the Great Goddess (a real temple, internationally recognized).
Native land: the Amalfi Coast, land of Sirens, lemons, and fragrant sea air.
I am a Priestess of Aphrodite, Sex Coach, entrepreneur, writer, artist, wife and mother: an intense life, the most beautiful I could have dreamed of.
Pisces with Leo rising, Moon in Gemini (labels don’t fit me).
I cultivate beauty and elegance, outside and inside myself.
I love perfumes and I weave them into my teachings.
I studied journalism and acting; I worked as a Shakespearean actress between London, Paris, and Rome.
