Hi, I’m Maya
Entrepreneur, author, speaker & coach.
Maya Vassallo Di Florio is an internationally renowned Sacred Sexuality Mentor, Sex Coach, and Priestess of Aphrodite, with over 15 years of experience guiding individuals and communities toward embodied pleasure, personal sovereignty, and erotic awakening.
Together with her husband Diego Zoppo, she co-founded nearly ten years ago the Temple of the Great Goddess in Rome, an international community center dedicated to sacred feminine spirituality, Aphroditic arts, and holistic education.
They are proud parents of two children, raised according to gilanic values of balance, care, and mutual respect.
Maya’s teachings have been recognized by prestigious institutions such as Oxford University, La Sapienza University of Rome, John Cabot University, and the University of Turin.
She is the bestselling author of two extraordinary books on Sacred Sexuality and the Philosophy and Spirituality of Aphrodite, with new revolutionary works coming out.
She is also the founder of the Rome Goddess Conference and the visionary behind the Reactivation of the Ancient Temples of the Goddess, a global project reclaiming the sacred roots of feminine presence and wisdom, and the Red Tent of the Black Moon, an initiative to re-educate women in cooperation and mutual support, as well as in connection with the ancient Medicine of the Cycle.
She offers her teachings through: Sex Coach Training, Menstrual Coach Training, Training for Priests and Priestesses of Aphrodite and Sacred Sexuality, Training in Sexuality, Love, and Relationships.
Hi, I’m Diego
Co-Founder and Vice President of the Temple of the Great Goddess in Rome
where for nearly a decade he has facilitated practices of sacred embodiment, energetic healing, and spiritual mentoring.
Raised by his mother, an esotericist, witch, and spiritual guide, Diego was introduced from childhood to the values of matriarchy and gilanic consciousness:
principles of balance, mutual respect, and non-hierarchical connection, which continue to guide both his personal life and his professional path.
He has devoted his life to the study of esoteric traditions, meditative disciplines, and energetic realignment techniques, training in: the Louise Hay Method, Deeksha energy work, Craniosacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute, Toltec Shamanism, Namikoshi Shiatsu (ISI School), Firewalking facilitation.
He is also a certified Life Coach, specializing in transformative processes that integrate body, mind, and spirit.
Since 2014, Diego has led seasonal ceremonies and earth-centered rituals with Maya, honoring the cycles of life and supporting collective and personal healing.
He also offers private healing sessions, using Craniosacral Therapy and Shiatsu.
Together with his wife Maya Vassallo Di Florio, he is the father of two children, raised with a gilanic approach, nurturing emotional presence, autonomy, and ecological awareness from an early age.
Grounded and compassionate, Diego’s mission is to guide others on their spiritual and holistic healing path, offering spaces of reconnection, balance, and embodied peace.
